Household and community surveys – We have substantial experience in engaging even the most marginalised members of our community and our experienced team work to ensure that everyone is heard. We can go door to door, facilitate focus groups and use the telephone to collect information. We have a range of testimonies to our success in this area.
Feasibility studies - The Empower team can provide professional finance and delivery expertise to establish how feasible a project is before a group invests valuable time and resources into it. We can also provide a feasibility study to support the business planning process.
Coaching and mentoring – We have within our team professional, qualified coaches and mentors who can provide individual and team support through executive coaching, life coaching and mentoring. Coaching is recognised as one of the most direct and effective means of individual and organisational development and Empower bring the latest thinking to the sector at affordable prices.
Business planning – Empower is unique in the breadth of the expertise we have to offer any organisation going through the planning service. Cash flow and forecasting is undertaken by Keith Simmonds, an ex Bank Manager who operated at a senior level developing small businesses. Our approach is to work with the board of trustees or directors to develop the business plan so that the capacity of all stakeholders are engaged and the plan is owned by the organisation.
Interim management – Do you have a post that you are having difficulty filling? Or need someone on a flexible basis to cover maternity or sickness?
Our interim managers are accustomed to operating at an extremely high level and will hit the ground running. Each comes with admin support and the backing of a team of specialists to ensure all aspects of the job are covered. The benefits of using interim management is that you have cover when you need it and for as long as you need it. We do not charge for recruitment fees and you save on advertising costs.

Managing change – We have within the team managers with Change Agent expertise and qualifications and can help senior staff manage their organisation through the change process. We take the whole team along and ensure resistance is kept to a minimum and all staff are engaged and valued.
Team building – Empower provides a wide range of team building activities to provide a bespoke team building event for you which offers a mix of fun and accessible team building events and reflection and team problem solving. We have already enabled a large number of teams to develop greater understanding and respond collectively to issues affecting their organisation.
